"Sizing is all over the place"
I’ve ordered from witchery a few times now, and the sizing is so inconsistent. One top in my usual size fits perfectly, then another in the exact same size is tight in the arms or weirdly loose around the waist. The jeans were even worse and I ended up having to send them back. What made it more frustrating was feeling like I was being talked down to when I questioned it, as if I just didn’t understand how sizing works. When you’re ordering online, you should be able to trust the size chart at least a little. I’m tired of guessing every time

"Not really what I expected"
I ordered a dress from Witchery because the description made it sound like it would be thicker and more structured, but when it arrived it was thin and the colour looked different in person too. It’s not a terrible dress, but it definitely wasn’t what I thought I was getting. the difference between the listing and the actual item felt a bit ridiculous

"Ugh, shipping was a headache"
I was so annoyed. I placed my order expecting it to show up around the time they said, but nope, it took way longer. The tracking barely updated, so I had no clue what was going on. I reached out to customer service thinking they’d help, but they basically just told me to wait. Like… thanks, I guess? The whole thing was frustrating.

"Not really my style"
For my personal taste, it just looks a bit dated and plain. I usually prefer something with a more modern feel, so this didn’t really meet my standard for style or design.

"Nice fit, but the fabric feels like a corner was cut"
I really liked the style and the fit when it arrived, and shipping was totally fine. The seams are still holding up, so it’s not a total miss, but after just a few washes the fabric started pilling more than I expected. For the price, I thought it would feel a bit more durable. It kind of makes me wonder if they focused more on the look than the long-term quality. Still wearable, just a little disappointing

"Click and collect was such a hassle"
I ordered click and collect from witchery.com and the whole thing just felt really messy. I didn’t get clear updates, and when I went to the store they said they couldn’t find it, then basically told me to just wait. It ended up taking days for something that should’ve been simple. Just a really frustrating experience overall.

"Nice products, but pricey and support felt off"
The stuff itself is nice and I don’t really have complaints about the quality, but the prices feel way too high for what you get. I also reached out to support with a question and came away feeling like they were kind of blaming me instead of trying to help, which didn’t leave the best impression.

"The dress looked really nice when…"
The dress looked really nice when I first got it, and I wanted to love it. But the fabric felt thin, and after only two wears, the seams already started coming loose. For the price, I expected it to hold up better. I’d probably be careful with this one or look for something sturdier.

"Exchange Took Longer Than It Should Have"
I needed a different size, which happens and should be straightforward. But the exchange process ended up being slow and a bit confusing. I had to follow up with support twice just to keep things moving, which wasn’t great. Common sense says an exchange shouldn’t take that much effort.

"The pages kept freezing and the checkout just…"
The pages kept freezing and the checkout just kept looping over and over. I immediately assumed the site was broken or my order wasn’t going to go through at all. Super annoying experience.

"Sizing Felt Off"

"I ordered a top from Witchery…"
I ordered a top from Witchery and was disappointed once I actually wore it. The fabric has this rough, scratchy feel, especially around the neckline and where the seams sit against my arms. I kept noticing it every time I moved, which is never a good sign. After about an hour, I was already thinking about changing because it just wasn’t comfortable at all. For the price, I really expected something much softer and better made. I don’t think I’ll be buying clothes from here again.

"Nice clothes, but the in-store experience was awkward"
I popped into the store to try a few things on, but the service wasn’t great. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other, and when I asked for a size, I kind of felt like I was interrupting them. It was a bit disappointing because I’ve had much friendlier experiences in other stores where someone at least checks in or offers help at the fitting rooms. The clothes themselves are really nice, and I’d probably still order online, but I’m not in a rush to go back to this location

"Order was all mixed up"
I ordered three things and somehow only one of them was right. One item came in the wrong size, and instead of the dress I actually paid for, they sent me some totally different top. I reached out to customer service, but it’s been a hassle. I already had to send photos and explain the whole thing twice. I just wanted the stuff I ordered. Not doing this again.

"Loyalty program could be a lot better"
I shop at Witchery fairly often, but the loyalty program has been disappointing. My points take forever to show up, and the whole rewards setup feels more confusing than it needs to be. When I contacted customer service, the replies felt like copy-paste answers and didn’t really help. It’s frustrating because this seems avoidable with clearer info and better support.

"Prices feel really high lately"
I used to really enjoy shopping at Witchery, but the prices are just getting a bit much now. Like, the promos look decent at first, but then half the things I actually want are excluded, or they’re still expensive even after the discount. It kind of feels like you have to wait ages for a proper sale. I don’t know, it’s just not really worth it for me anymore

"Nice clothes, but the package arrived a mess"
I was really excited for my order because the clothes themselves looked nice and I’d been looking forward to trying them on. Unfortunately, the package showed up in rough shape — the box was crushed, half open, and everything inside looked like it had just been shoved in. The tissue paper was ripped up too, which made the whole thing feel really careless, especially for what I paid. I do like the items, but the packing experience definitely took away from it.

"I really like the selection here…"
I really like the selection here and usually find things I’d love to buy. The frustrating part is that almost everything I want seems to be sold out whenever I check, which gets disappointing after a while. I’ll still keep looking because I do like the products, but I really hope they restock more often.

"Really slow delivery"
Well... I ordered about a week ago and still haven’t received anything. The tracking barely updates, so I have no idea what’s going on. The delivery is just way too slow, i don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.
